MÄK GIS-to-SIM brings the power of simulation networking protocols to CJMTK. Now you can embed native support for Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) or High Level Architecture (HLA) and eventually Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) into your CJMTK-based application.  The seamless integration of GIS-to-SIM and CJMTK eliminates the divide between the simulation and operational domains.

MÄK GIS-to-SIM provides an ideal foundation for development of CJMTK- or ArcGIS-based simulation or operational applications. It enables bi-directional communication between your application and DIS, HLA, or TENA simulations. With GIS-to-SIM you can also visualize real real-time data as rapidly updating symbology within an ArcMap® or as dynamic 3D models within ArcGlobe®.  GIS-to-SIM saves development dollars by providing a single documented programming interface that abstracts away details of DIS, HLA, or TENA networking. The interface, comprised of underlying ArcObjects, seamlessly integrates with other ArcGIS Engine components. These components supply the building blocks to provide native support for the simulation interoperability standards. They enable visualization of simulated objects and interactions, and provide higher-level GUI components for viewing and configuring simulation-specific functionality.

Systematic's SitaWare Product Suite is a COTS native C2IEDM/JC3IEDM set of applications for managing military operations. SitaWare is integrated with and utilizes the same ESRI products as CJMTK for geospatial representation. SitaWare has off the shelf support for planning as well as situational awareness and fully supports the MIP standards. Use SitaWare as a command and control system, as a component in your own system, or as a test and verification system.

For over 20 years, Systematic Software Engineering has developed Mission critical systems for the defense and healthcare sectors. For more information please visit www.sitaware.com or call 703-385-7522.

Maptech is proud to be a member of the CJMTK Team. For over 18 years, Maptech maps and charts have covered the world - topographic maps, nautical charts, and aeronautical charts. With over 100,000 maps and charts under our belt, it's a good bet we already have what you need. But if we don't have what you need, we can quickly make it upon request.  It all starts with a simple phone call. Tell us what you're trying to accomplish. Our experts will evaluate whether we already have a product that fits your needs or give you a proposal for custom maps or charts. Software development and customization services are also available.

MetaCarta is compatible with CJMTK via the freely distributed ESRI ArcMap Extension for MetaCarta GTS. Developed in conjunction with Northrop Grumman TASC, the ESRI ArcMap Extension allows users to search MetaCarta GTS Appliances from within the ESRI ArcMap interface. Results from a search query appear as icons on a digital map. To use MetaCarta GTS within ESRI ArcMap, you must have ESRI ArcMap installed on your desktop and have network access to a MetaCarta GTS Appliance. MetaCarta Geographic Text Search (GTS) bridges the gap between GIS and text search of unstructured information. GIS analysts locate documents using the power of geography to provide insight into patterns of activity. CJMTK users provided with tools to transform the workflow and visualize documents in situ, as they would otherwise manually read documents to pinpoint geographic references and find relevant information in areas of interest and analysis:

  • Search and retrieve documents
  • Display result sets on a map
  • Store result sets as intelligent layers and Shapefiles

CJMTK users can install the Extension, and have immediate access to a public MetaCarta GTS service (simple registration on www.metacarta.com), or with government approved SIPRNET or JWICS access, utilize existing information sources managed by multiple agencies, or contact MetaCarta to stand-up their own GTS appliance service.
