To create a new trouble ticket, fill in all of the following fields and press Create Ticket.

Attachments can be added to a ticket by selecting a filename and pressing the Add button. To remove an attachment from the list, select an entry from Current Attachments and press the Remove button. All attachments from the list are sent once the Create Ticket button is pressed.
